Note	1. Bookings of apartments start from two-week blocks (four weeks for shared apt), specifically from Sunday before the course begins to Saturday immediately following the end of the course. 2. Accommodation in apartments cannot be guaranteed for students beyond the dates of their course. Early arrival and extension are subject to availability. 3. All accommodation requires a security deposit due upon arrival (3000RMB or equivalent in USD/EUR for a private studio apartment; 2000RMB or equivalent in USD/EUR for a single room, in cash only). The security deposit is returned at the end of the stay, provided that there are no damages and the apartment/room is left in good condition. 4. Utilities are included on a normal-use basis; excessive use and waste are subject to a surcharge and it will be deducted from the security deposit. 5. 10% summer surcharge on the above housing price from May 16 to Sep 15 6.
