Note	1. Bookings of apartments start from two week blocks, specifically from Sunday before the course begins to the Saturday immediately following the end of the course. 2. Accommodation in apartments cannot be guaranteed for students beyond the dates of their course, early arrival and extension subject to availability. 3. All accommodation requires a security deposit due upon arrival (2000RMB or equivalent in USD/EUR in cash only).The security deposit is returned at the end of the stay, provided that there are no damages and the apartment/room is left in good condition. 4. Utilities are included on normal use basis; excessive use and waste is subject to surcharge and it will be deducted from security deposit. 5. 15% summer surcharge on above housing price from Jun 01 to August 30 6.
