Note 1 Students should arrive on the Sunday before intended start date and depart on the Saturday following the end of the program
2 We might change the order of the activities or provide comparable programs occasionally, for example, due to traffic issues, crowdedness of tourist spots/facilities, weather, special age concern, etc. Comparable programs may include other cultural workshops, sports activities or tour destinations. Prior notice will be given to participants and parents.
3 Organized optional activities in leisure time (evenings, Friday afternoons, Sundays) are in the form of sports, language exchange, Chinese corner, visiting Chinese family, self study etc. Students above 16 won’t be supervised for free activities. Prior written consent from parents/guardians is required for any private outings of students under 16, either alone or in with other students. This is subject to prior approval by us.
